The Baseball Show a unique event providing baseball training and education with product awareness and celebrity interaction. The event consists of coach and parent clinics & seminars, youth clinics, student clinics, tradeshow, celebrity meet & greets, interactive fun zones, opening reception, meetings and more.
The Legends Sports & Events Mgmt. created an environment to promote the growth of baseball. Everyone attending has the opportunity to mingle and learn from the staff comprised of current and former major league players and coaches including Chicago White Sox World Champion Pitcher Neal Cotts, White Sox World Champion Outfielder Scott Podsednik and White Sox World Champion Pitching Coach Don Cooper, US Gold Medal Olympians including Cat Osterman and Lovie Jung as well as US Gold Medal Olympic Coach Ken Eriksen, collegiate coaches, and professional instructors. This is truly an event designed to create lasting memories.
ADVERTISING & PARTNERSHIP OPPORTUNITIES:
1. Exhibitor Directory: ¼ Page Ad (approximate dimensions 3 5/16” x 4 3/8”) Black & White.
This unique marketing tool is given to every exhibitor and pre registered attendee. The directory contains important show information such as exhibiting company names and contact information as well seminar schedules, floor plans, celebrity meet and greets and much more.
2. Attendee Packet:
The Baseball Show Place a brochure or promotional item in the attendee packet to reach the baseball and fastpitch attendees as they enter the convention center. Examples of acceptable promotional items include pens featuring company logo, CD ROM’s, company brochure, single page flyers, mouse pads, & magnets.
3. Youth Clinics
Naming rights to the baseball youth clinics will get your company involved with the future of tomorrow by branding your name with them today. Clinics run continuously on Saturday for kids 8yrs. – 13yrs. Naming the youth clinics include association and overall promotion with the event and more specifically direct access to the youth. Conduct a session or incorporate your company into the clinics through various means of promotion.
4. Coaches Clinics / Seminars
Naming rights to the baseball coach’s clinics and seminars will get your company’s name and product straight to the buyer. Coaches clinics run continuously on Saturday for high school, travel, and recreation coaches, students (14yrs – 20 yrs), and parents. Naming rights to the clinics can result in full integration into the weekend of clinics.
5. Kids Interactive Fun Zone
The Interactive Fun Zone (3yrs. – 7yrs.) is the perfect way to get to the children. The interactive fun zone includes mascots from semi professional teams and companies, special games, hitting stations, contests and more. Participants will run bases with mascots to learn base running techniques, throw balls at targets to better their throwing, hit off tee’s and more. Integrate your product into a demonstration or a portion of the fun zone.
6. Exclusive Celebrity Sponsor
An affordable alternative to have your company directly associated with a celebrity. Anywhere the celebrities name appears your company will be mentioned including clinics, appearances at the Forest City Diagnostic Imaging Opening Reception, meet and greets and more. Special promotions and opportunities with the celebrities are available.
7. Title Sponsor
Naming rights to the show will create overall involvement with your company including youth clinics, coach clinics, meet and greets, tradeshow, interactive fun zone and more. Your company name and logo will appear on all materials including entranceway signage, directional signage, cover of exhibitor directory and more. Lasting impressions with coaches, parents, students, and youth participants will be created from the many venues of name association. Special promotions and opportunities will only be available to the title sponsor.

Please note our marketing is focused on the following:
· Park District and Recreation Programs throughout the state of Illinois and surrounding states.
· Regional USSSA teams estimated to be approximately 8,000 teams.
· Families in the USSSA Illinois program.
